beach days are always fun and something our family does often (as you can see from the content and name of our blog). on this day we found a fun tree to climb, which helped dispel the bad mood brought on by a previous passing downpour and waves too big to be fun for little people who don't yet know how to swim. daddy had fun on the boogie board and mommy had fun alongside him, frolicking in the waves. then the sun came out -- the icing on the cake!
