so, to answer your question: if you wanna do the race monday you can sign up online at the link i put up on my blog and then you pick up your race packet any day before the race at different places (its on the website under "event information")

umm our altitude isn't that much.. its 4200 feet..yes i bought some of that skinny cow icecream thing yesterday! it was good, perfect amount and i can have one when i really want some. Sounds like you're having fun hanging out with friends and i think that you SHOULD do the 5k, sounds like fun.. i would do it with you if i was there.. if only i was..i wish i could meet up with u guys at black butte.. is that where everyone is going? i wish..but thanks for writing back! love/miss u guys
