first attempt at macaron-making
drawing/coloring
morning snuggling with sleeping daddy
faith got some {itty-bitty} bling:
{oh -- and i FINALLY cut malik's hair}
this one took us through some farmland

then some forest

to this swimming hole.
we were greeted with a drizzle of rain.

then we all enjoyed a little dip in the frigid mountain water, to cool us off.
it was so cold that we got numb and warm.
it was very invigorating!

it was bliss.

we sat down to dry off then ate some lunch. we even shared some with the opae.
{is this opae or just a regular crayfish? we noticed some of various size and color...}

we passed fields of papaya, okra, squash, and peppers.
it truly was a great day!

Your kids look like awesome hikers. I love Wailele. Our kids hiking skills still are not that advanced. We need to work on their endurance and focus.

why sis you all need cheering up?
